Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 30, 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of the Codex Immortal platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be authorized to access the Service. Accounts are provisioned by invitation. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. Access to sensitive or accredited surfaces is role-gated.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Submit classified, export-controlled, or regulated data into surfaces not accredited to receive it.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or exceed the scope of access granted to you.
  • Deploy autonomous actions that affect production, financial, or safety systems without required human authorization.

Orders & billing

Pricing tiers, subscriptions, and orders are presented on the Products & Services page. Test-mode orders create pending records and do not process live charges. Where live billing applies, invoices are issued per the selected plan and are payable in the stated currency. Taxes are applied as required by your region.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, its modules, and documentation. Your records and content remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the Service, including AI processing as described in our Privacy Policy. Tamper-evident attestations and audit ledger entries are maintained for compliance and integrity.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Human review of AI-generated outputs is required for consequential decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the Service, its users, or third parties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
