Terms of Sale

Last updated: October 30, 2026

These terms govern purchases from Codex Immortal — digital products, fixed-scope engagements, and recurring subscriptions. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

What you are purchasing

Each offer is a defined deliverable: a module or digital product, a fixed-scope engagement, a continuing service, an agent API plan, or a prepaid credit pack. The scope of each offer is the description shown on the storefront or services page at the time of purchase. Nothing beyond that stated scope is included.

Billing models

  • One-time digital products (the eleven agentic modules and the RevenueOS digital products) and one-time engagements are single payments in US dollars. Your card is charged once, for the amount shown on the Stripe-hosted checkout page, when you authorize the payment.
  • One-time prepaid credit packs are also a single payment. Credits are added to your account after provisioning.
  • Subscriptions — continuing services and agent API plans — are billed in US dollars every month or every year through Stripe, at the cadence you select, until cancelled. Annual billing is priced at ten months, described on the page as two months free.

Subscriptions renew until cancelled

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe billing link in your receipt or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: access continues to period end, no further charges are made, and the period already billed is not refunded.

API plans, quotas, and credit packs

An agent API plan includes the verified-call quota stated on the services page. API access and quota tracking activate after provisioning. There is no automatic overage billing: when a plan quota is reached, the next steps are an upgrade or a prepaid credit pack, which you purchase deliberately. Unused credits are not refundable and do not roll into a subscription.

No implied lifetime access or updates

A purchase does not grant lifetime access, an ongoing service relationship, future versions, maintenance, or updates to the delivered material, except where a specific support or maintenance subscription states the coverage and is active. Any additional work is a separate engagement.

Delivery

  • Payment is completed on Stripe's hosted checkout. Codex Immortal never receives or stores your card details.
  • Digital delivery is granted only after the payment processor confirms the payment and our signature-verified webhook receives that confirmation.
  • Digital goods are provided through a private, token-gated delivery page. The link and its token are for your use; keep them confidential. Anyone holding the token can open the delivered material.
  • Engagements are scheduled after purchase; the booking window is stated with the engagement description. Subscriptions begin when you authorize them on the Stripe-hosted page.

Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing at period end.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use delivered material for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Do not introduce classified, export-controlled, or regulated data into surfaces not accredited to receive it.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute delivered material as your own product.
  • Do not deploy autonomous actions affecting production, financial, or safety systems without required human authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing terms
