3 · Activation checklist

For deploying a first governed agent workflow.

• 1. Name one workflow and the human who owns its approval boundary.
• 2. Write the input and the output for every step in that workflow.
• 3. Mark which steps an agent may draft and which require recorded human approval.
• 4. Connect the data sources the workflow reads, and confirm who may access each one.
• 5. Define the evidence each step must leave behind (record, timestamp, approver).
• 6. Run one dry pass with a human reviewing every output before anything external is sent.
• 7. Publish the approval boundary in writing before the workflow touches a customer, price, contract, or payment.
